  1. Well I am not used to this storage thing

I agree. Either move or get some all season or winter tires...
  2. Paint bubble on trunk lid, Ford denying warranty claims. Do I have any options?

This is true, and I agree. However, how much is this stressing you out and are you prepared to have the dealer do it and it not be satisfactory?
  3. No Drill License Plate Holder

I'll tell you what sucks, is when you live in one of those 21 states but buy a used car from one of the other 29 states with huge ragged holes in the bumper. One car I bought had eight holes, four for the mounting bracket and four more for the plate (the moron used extra long screws). :curse:
  4. Paint bubble on trunk lid, Ford denying warranty claims. Do I have any options?

Escalate the warranty claim with Ford's customer service department. I can't help but wonder why the dealer didn't just go ahead and fix it. Perhaps it isn't what you think it is? A picture would help.
  5. Back in a mustang, 2025 6 spd

Welcome back! Sounds like you got a killer deal!
  6. GOTCHA Day was today

Not too good with punctuation either, huh? Congrats on the beautiful new car!
  7. DH LTH

Please get the dyno results both before and after the changes. Just doing it afterwards doesn't prove much.
  8. Resale value is sad, anyone know why?

there are 6 reasons for this: 1. Many of us were spoiled/messed up our perspective with Covid prices 2. You had a CTS-V. Not a typial car. 3. You had an SS. See #2 4. As others noted, this is typical for new cars, however... 5. If you had bought a base GT for $42 (or whatever they...
  9. Mustang 2024 GT Wheels

Those look great! I think you should have the same style wheels on all four corners.
  10. Steering

The GT has three settings for steering, which change the weight/effort. Who knows how it was assigned on the car you drove? Tires, alignment, camber plates, and maybe even a tune can affect steering feel.
  11. Automakers Are Selling Your Car’s Ever-Richer AI-Enhanced Data Stream

True dat. I did, thank you for the linkie. LOL. I believe that most people have little to no knowledge or understanding of just how much data is collected, not just by Facebook and Google, but by merchants and aggregators. There are numerous books and documentaries on some of these things...
  12. DFB's Detailing Garage

So, your post leads me to several questions: - you have two pressure washers? Nice. - Speaking of nice, that wall-mounted setup is sweet! - I'm a bit confused that "gear oil" and 15W40 are interchangeable options. In my limited experience, gear oil is closer to 90W (and is stinky) where as...
  13. Track Day Insurance

Here in the states, Hagerty and some other companies offer that, but I don't know if they are international.
  14. Fresh Alignment after car slid off road, now car bucks in the front turning slow in parking lots

What you are describing is probably the Ackerman effect. It's more noticeable now because it's cold and the tires are more likely to slide. But yes, you still need to have those alignment specs validated.
  15. Are there any deals to be had on Dark Horses?

I agree that the prices are high, and aside from the "pay MSRP" comment* there really aren't any good options in the new car market. Especially if you want a manual transmission. * - depends where you live, some markets have limited availability and pricing flexibility. And with trade-ins...
  16. Are there any deals to be had on Dark Horses?

Here's a new 2025 with nearly $8K off, with the correct transmission...
  17. Selling my 2025 DH and the market is in the tank

The people on the Rennlist forum never have that problem.
  18. Are there any deals to be had on Dark Horses?

Yes, there are deals. Use the internet.
  19. Central Florida, need help to find Honest Dealership to order new stang.

If you don't mind traveling, dealers in Virginia (Coons) and Iowa (Grainger) will often get you great prices. I bought my DH out of Ohio. I bought my previous car, a Zupra, also out of Ohio. M4 from Michigan. Don't limit yourself to local dealers.
