  2. North Carolina Dark Horse car cover

I asked in the DH forum, and the answer implies that it is an indoor cover and will fit the high wing. I'll add a picture of the tag/part number.
  3. Car cover questions

Wow! Very detailed informative response, thank you. So, I guess mine is just an indoor cover, and I found the part number inside, so it will fit the wing. Awesome.
  4. I gotta say - Carvana rocks.

The business model doesn't really make sense, but many other companies play similar games leveraging the real estate that the stores are on (for example) rather than actually making money by selling stuff. As a seller, I don't care. As I noted above, I'd never buy from them. Heck, they lost...
  5. I gotta say - Carvana rocks.

Yeah, after having done this three times and seeing how they "inspect" a car before taking it, I have no issue selling to them but there's no way I'd buy a car from them.
  6. Car cover questions

I'm selling my DH genuine Ford car cover, and questions have come up that I can't answer. I'm hoping someone can help. First, is it suitable for outdoor use? Second, will it fit a HP car with the gurney flap rear spoiler? Thanks!
  7. richers I'm tellin ya

Perhaps the S197? You know, since, like he doesn't like even own like an 6650, am I right?
  8. North Carolina Dark Horse car cover

Shoot me your address and I'll see if I can get a quote. A PM is fine for that...
  9. North Carolina Dark Horse car cover

That's a good question, I don't know how much higher that wing is. You may want to ask others how it works outside.
  10. New Dark Horse-But saw the GT350

On the one hand, you'll save a bunch of money modifying your DH, but I suspect that you won't get any of that back in resale, and maybe even less because a lot of buyers don't want a modified car. Compare that to a Shelby which has the name behind it, and you'll see some of that premium back...
  11. I gotta say - Carvana rocks.

I decided last week to order a new BMW M3, and so I started researching what kind of prices I could expect on trade for my Mustang Dark Horse. Dealers were low 50s, those greedy little buggers (granted, there are unsold new ones on the lot, so who can blame them?) but Carvana came through with...
  12. North Carolina Sold: Spare tire - only $250!

Automotive Authority's spare tire. Never used, just a few months old, and I sold the car so I don't need it. I prefer local pick up since it is heavy and will be a pain to ship (and probably expensive). I'm in Cary, near Raleigh NC. And yes, it fits just fine in the spare wheel well. Tire...
  13. North Carolina Tow hook - free

This is a nice tow hook that fits the S650 Dark Horse (sorry, not sure about GT) and is in two pieces, one is the part that screws into the car, the other is the hook, which does articulate. You could also use it as a front plate holder I suppose. Sold the car, don't need it. See more...
  14. North Carolina Sold: Dark Horse car cover

I sold my DH and *forgot* to give them the cover that came with it. The only time it has been used is when I took it out of the bag to photograph it. Apologies in advance to the buyer, as it is pollen season here and I think some got in the cover when I rolled it up. This is a nice cover with...
  15. Getting A Dark Horse to 3700 Pounds?

Race seats. Honestly though, it seems like a lot of trouble and expense for minimal improvements.
  16. I herd u liek luggage racks

Things a little too slow on the S197 forums?
  17. Is my Mustang missing features/packages it's supposed to have?

AFAIK the pedestrian/collision avoidance works off of the camera, not sensors. It also does not function at parking lot speeds, which is likely what you were at when you hit the wall. If your car has the settings, then you have the feature.
