Mine does that to a lesser degree on cold start up. Usually in colder temps. You wouldn't notice it unless you're listening for it, and it stops as soon as the idle kicks down. I think it's just a cold pulley or something. Ive never heard it during warm idle or driving. I've heard of other cars...
Probably because you were right on the edge of the ride hight being a problem for the camera. Who knows what calibrations are needed and when for that thing.

I paid 43.5k for my '24 GT premium 401A with 3k miles and Ford's blue certified extended warranty back in March.
Granted that was a crazy deal. But I think you could do slightly better than 43k for that car.
