Being a tuner, here is my take. No matter who or what you use, you will need to have more than one revision before a car can be called - done.

Oh im sure it will. They've been inflated with folks wanting tunable cars and having to dip into the used market. And the s650 values about to skyrocket.
You could resell the whipple kit. the buyer could call whipple and tell them you bought it used and need the tuner. I think if you have the valid serial for the blower, they will see it to you separate.
So I heard they flashed a whipple tune to the car with a whipple tomahawk. Buy the whipple kit for that car, use the flasher/tune on the car and install their own turbo kit. Makes sense. Really just need to get all the tq management raised up and all the airload scales raised above the stock...
