Here is an additional thread from TMO about 10R80 transmission cooling.
Notice the alternative approach he took. This is an S550, but maybe this has some value for our S650 cars...
Hmmm. 🤔 That push pin is there on mine and tight. All of them are. The fender extension itself is not so tight or connected, through. I think it is only connected on that side where the push pins are.

Good info. Thanks, smurfslayer.
🤔
I might have had this same thing happen on the passenger side with305/30R19 PS4S tires. I guess I need to get under there and look. It is loose up there in the same area. I did not realize there was a push pin of some sort there.
The Michelins are larger than the Trofeo RS in the same...
Well, in that case, I am looking forward to seeing how many minutes the car can be pushed at Carolina Motorsports Park or Road Atlanta before needing cool down laps . . .

I need to get back to the track. I feel like I am working all the time . . .
No, I wouldn't. I see what others are hitting, and some of the more experienced guys are having issues even with the cooler.
There are larger oil coolers out there if this becomes a problem. Several very fast...
More info is valuable here. Thanks for sharing.
Just for why I asked, though, the oil cooler makes a big difference in cruising temperatures and in cooling off the oil once you start driving hard.
