You will only need to remove the inlet fitting to get access to the orifice fitting.
These two videos are worth watching, the first for rebuilding the PF22.2, the second has some insight into orifices (from about 2 min 30)-
I'd be surprised they did any of that.
This was the condition of the battery on my S550 after paying for a $550+ service. And that's despite them apparently inspecting the battery, which was printed on the invoice, the report you have posted above, and the emailed...
Today was wash number four, and the second since the coatings went down on the paint and wheels.
A little post wash rinsing action for you....................
Wise Guy was again used on the tyres, but I switched to Carpro Reset for the wheels and paint. Drying aid was also ADS...
Wash day on several fronts today.
First, my little man was off for a bath and haircut..........................
Next up, the XR6.............................
Shine Supply Wise Guy on the tyres, then Shine Supply Shift for the wheels and paint. Drying Aid was ADS Amplify, interior wiped...
I always do an oil change at the complimentary 3000 km inspection. But It's the same story every time, I ask for an oil change, the service advisor then gets all stroppy trying to explain that its not included in the 3000km inspection, that Ford uses running-in oil, and that I'd have to pay for...
Remind me again which Karcher you use?
The 1.4 would likely make sense on a high-flowing Kranzle, AR or Active machines. Having said that, I've been running the OG/DS suggested/installed 1.25 orifice with my Kranzle KHD/10. So, I'm a little confused why Waxit went with 1.4. All I can think of...
Wow wow wow, thanks soooo much! I installed the GoPro App when I bought the camera and haven't used it since. Yes, it has live view! This will be an immense help! :like:
As for camera mountings, in the first video below, I use a window mounted suction cup. This is far easier to get a good...
Continuing the microfiber care discussion, I have the following thread on this topic over at Mustang6g -
Microfiber Towel Care | 2015+ S550 Mustang Forum (GT, EcoBoost, GT350, GT500, Bullitt, Mach 1) - Mustang6G.com
The following are alternatives to Bowden's Microfiber Cleaner and P&S Rags to...
That's easily done! In fact, I already have dedicated threads on these topics.
This one I wrote for the beginner, it doesn't cover every single aspect of detailing, but its based around getting you started without the trial and error that most go through. Pick and choose what tools and products...
My routine of late has been to get a few things done in the morning, then jump in a car and go for a drive in the afternoon. Yesterday I picked up a GoPro head mount strap and was keen to get some footage of the new Mustang, nothing crazy, just a cruise and maybe a little squirt to showcase the...
My Waxit Black Friday purchase. Only realized after the purchase that I also needed another 4-litre of Reset.
It's also great to see new Carpro products launched for Sema are arriving in short order. WheelX is a iron remover type wheel cleaner, it offering more lubrication that IronX alone.
Simply huh. The way those guys were carrying on, you'd think the towels cost them their life savings and paying the extra for the correct detergent was just too much to bare.
The only notification I got from Ford like this was to say the car had been "Ordered", which was actually AFTER the car had been built. Got nothing else along the way. I don't know why Ford even bother with this if its not a consistent thing.
Microfiber towel care, specifically microfiber detergents, is a topic I recently had a little rant about another forum. To set the scene, a couple of guys were carrying on about how drying aids ruin expensive towels because they set up in the fibers and make them hydrophobic. This is a topic...
