I'm not sure why they also left out the remote-rev function, perhaps its too anti-social? And yet they left in the even more anti-social line-lock and drift brake? 🤔
The other product you could use instead of glass cleaner would be a dilution of rinse-less wash such as ONR or Absolute, say 128:1 or 256:1. These products have more lubrication, which would be offer another element of protection.
You can absolutely do that. Cure is more substantial than Amplify, so the concept is, the most protective first, then layer with the least protective next. Actually, Amplify is pretty good on its own, but nothing wrong with using both.
The right towel is key, I've found the best on the screen is The Rag Company FTW. This towel is ultra dense, but also ultra soft, so it won't streak or cause scratches.

Same reason why we don't have access to a variety of desirable factory options here. Ford Australia do it to simplify the range on what is a low volume model, thus avoid having to support those options from a parts, service and warranty point of view.
Completely normal, although I wouldn't call it acceptable. It's the horrible black paint they haphazardly spray on the underside of the car, it even ends up on the tyre sidewall and wheel barrels. Mine even had it on the visible parts of the exhaust tips.
Although for S550, this video...
I'd use either Koch Chemie Pol Star, probably at 10:1 dilution. Otherwise, Sonax Upholstery and Alacantara Cleaner. The Sonax version is good because it foams, allowing you to control it a but better. Having said that, Pol Star is good because you can use it elsewhere (leather, plastics...
Adding an aftermarket hose and gun will transform the user experience of any pressure washer. It will also allow you to shift the balance away from peak pressure for cleaning hard surfaces to a more flow orientated setup............................flow is what does the work when it comes to car...
If your wife thinks that's childish, you should driving past a high school at home time, plenty of opportunity to rev it up! Actually, it would be rude not to. :like:
Now THAT's childish! :giggle:
Well there you go, I wasn't aware it was teamed with the lane assist. Considering I have two hands and two eyes, I really don't need something to assist me to stay in a lane, so OFF it goes!
Once again, useless tech that is only put on the car to reduce the car company's liabilities, and that...
You can almost guarantee if this issue affected the Ranger or Everest, Ford would have moved heaven and earth to sort this problem. Ford figure that Mustang customers have waited this long and are unlikely to go across the road and buy something else, they have virtually no competition. On a...
Just another delusional aftermarket supplier, almost as silly as the other crowd asking $1200 for two air filters.
By the time that's painted and installed, it would be a $3500 - $4000 piece of plastic.
Interior Cleaners & Detailers
When I started cleaning cars in my teens and early 20’s, my method of “cleaning” an interior centered around slathering ArmorAll or similar onto the dashboard and door trims. Oh how things changed when I started to learn what those products did and didn’t do. As I...
But its not consistent. In my case, the visible part of the exhaust tips were peppered with the black paint, so it looked terrible. Made it look like I had driven over fresh tar.
I can't pick just one, so these are my favorites so far.........................
This one represents the first time I got to see the car after more than two years waiting...........................
Then, a week later, finally taking delivery!
Old and new side by side prior to me driving...
