No dash removal. Grill pops off (metal clips) and speaker has 2 screws. New speaker bolts right in. I cut wires off of old speaker and soldered to new speaker. And since their sold in pairs, you can sell second one.

You will probably break the fastening tabs on the grill when removing the trim ring. The grill actually holds the trim ring in. So I used the stock trim ring to hide the speaker screws with a couple pieces of double sided tape. The 4 bar used 4 new screws and hold the trim ring in as well...

I went the other way and slotted the holes in the speaker, used the stock trim ring and 4 bar grill. This way i could go back to stock easily. Either way works.

Not if you go with 35 ratio. Diameter close to stock rear tires on DH. 305/35-19 27.40in, 275/40-19 27.66 in (stock rear DH non HP). I lnow car has more features then i have used, but where can speedo be calibrated thru dash ???

I remember a vent either. You can get poly fil at your local hobby store for about $5.

Ford put 275x40-19 on DH rear 10 inch wheels. I installed those tires on my front 9.5in front wheels with no issues. I then installed 305/35-19 Pirelli Pzeros to match on rear 10in rims. Granted that's the smallest recommended rim size for rears. I didn’t find a 305x30-19 that would not fit...

Mine was R2921 and was delivered Feb 24. It was going to shipping, but I stopped it by emailing. Yes, it should come automatically, but emailing can give you a status. In my case, I was able to change delivery since I'm the second owner.

Did they tell you the status for your specific gift or just general info? Looks like their just finishing deliveries of Dec 2023 DH's.

They are still working Fall 23 deliveries.

I can't remember the name of the wax I used. It was about 10 years ago. However, there are several still out there today. I believe all they do is not leave a residue that is as visible on black paint.

Ford has offered spare tires in the past, but they where for the smaller brakes. PP cars and Dark Horse need aftermarket spare kits I have the Automotive Authority I used it on my 19 GT PP and now my Dark Horse. Tight fit in trunk well, but it close to tire diameter. And supplied jack works...
