How the AF is more power ever a bad thing?
@Alan Applegate, please know that Iām answering generally and not personally as I do enjoy your insights... That said, do we all need to GET OFF YOUR LAWN too?
Why? BFYTW is the only answer to this question. Again, answering generally, not to you...
I had a freak off road incident where I lodged a very large wood splinter into the bead of my truckās tire, flattening it. All I had to do was get the ginormous, spear tip sized splinter out by dismounting the tire and remounting it.
Thatās worth a shot.
confirm balance when you remount if...
I was going to suggest software update, as itās one of the several things that are ādefaultedā when an OTA update hits. Generally my first clue is the default orange color scheme, and confirmed by the prompt for the alarm on exit. If you see either, ambient lighting is reset as well.
Damn... thatās harsh. At least I try to keep the palm trees out of the pictures for those poor souls who insist on living where humans werenāt meant to live... ;-)
Windows down weather here in So. TX this week ( Dark Horse, no convertible option here).
In my car it goes from comfortable to frigid in about 10 seconds. I can roll down the windows and head out for a drive. A few minutes later the sensor will detect too much humidity and cycle the A/C on. Ok, no big deal right?
In the summer, I have to set the a/c to 76 or 77 F. In cooler...
Yeah, weāre leaving the 7 weeks of winter, and entering the 45 weeks of summer, which includes a few weeks of pre-heat, a couple months of bake, a couple months of broil, followed by a prolonged bake.
Great looking car !
Spotted on the Ranger forum,
Intrepid user tried setting this to ānot presentā and reported AC was not automatically cycling on and off at all times ( which I may have whined about a time or two)
Manually activating A/C still works of course.
how long is a long time?
I think I would, but keep in mind, OTA are all over the map. I bought my ā24 MDH in July, it was built in May. I just got the ABS module update in January of ā25 !
But, I got my first update in something like week 3 September.
You have a generous window for...
IIRC the 2nd block is for the belt minder, not the splash screen. I didnāt mess with it because I got the belt minder disabled via the F-series method described on Youtube.
In Raptor land, the number one FORSCAN mod that causes some manner of chaos is ...
wait for it
DRL
My suggestion would be to treat FORSCAN DRL mods as leaves of three.
IOW: Leave it be !
Youāre a killjoy. Ants at a picnic.
;-)
We know it works on the Chinese language screens, and I have a hard time believing Ford would supply different hard parts for them. I thing the Raptor guy said enabling it initially cost him the gear display. I think he said he went from 9 to A and...
Update:
found this online -

this seems to match the 720-11-01 block above.
I think it would be IPC, but, I wouldnāt be surprised if the TPMS part is different.
Thereās a Chines Menu, which I didnāt think youād be interested in and
thereās this:
this looks a bit more promising:
These are just WAGs.
got some āafterā pics ;-)
I would also think where the chin spoiler scrapes braking over a drive way up hill, theyāre going to get grabbed. I guess Iāll take a look at mine then.
