  1. So whats the general thoughts on 7gen Dud or Stud!!!

Certain people a on team dud until tuning becomes available and we see what the car can really do. If you can’t Twin turbo it and run 7s it’s a dud to a lot of mustangs core base.
  2. Advice to anyone looking in person.

Yeah that happens. Dealers bank that if you’re actually there in person and serious…. You’ll compromise and buy the car.
  3. Is there a fuse or plug to pull for disabling TCS and Torque limiting??

  4. Strike

@dfwford that is from 2019 contract. The company basically withheld our raises and made us get by for four full years to finally earn top rate.
  5. 3.0L Whipple Supercharged 2024 Mustang GT FIRST Listen (Lethal Performance)!

Because a lot of people we’re breaking axles in shifts… so they put a bunch of Tq limiters and now we’ll be slower but not snap axles.
  6. So whats up with the manuals?

Kelltrac posted 4.3 stock 87 octane on a tire MT82 car. Change the tire out if it’s that important, I am going to do that also.
  7. 3.0L Whipple Supercharged 2024 Mustang GT FIRST Listen (Lethal Performance)!

They’ll probably show favoritism for DH owners and claim 850 for GT and 900 for DH … but maybe the DH gets a smaller pulley and in reality with a pulley swap it’s the same 900 for both. I’m thinking people are gonna throw 100-150 wet shots on these cars with good fuel pretty soon too.
  8. Strike

Awesome breakdown, so the average price of a new ford is 57K making labor costs about 6% all in. 1/3 of that 6% roughly goes to benefits etc… a 40% raise(which I agree is high) would only add 2% tops to the bottom line …either eating into profit margins or adding $1200 to average vehicle...
  9. Strike

They’re really only asking for what top brass gave to themselves over the last few years. Good for the goose… so now the gander
  10. Strike

How much does labor add to the cost of a vehicle on average?
  11. Strike

Likely an extension before a strike or working tentative until vote is organized. I know he is saying 14th is a hard date… it isn’t. Watch what they do… not what they say. I still vote no strike fyi.
  12. Dark Horse vs GT350 Mustang roll races

Why even make this video? If you’re not gonna be at a drag strip or using dragy with time slips and actual data/stats. It’s just a subjective circle jerk. I’m becoming a fan of Kelltrac as he actually records and share data like a true pro.
  13. Tire Brands? .305(FR),315(RR)/30R19

Wow… I’d take those damn tires off instantly. Maybe a bad batch of rubber.
  14. Pulling carbon traps

May as well get a thread started… a s650 on facebook pulled both traps, no check engine lights or any B.s. Picked up 4 tenths and 3-4MPH on 1/4 runs with dragy logs Shaved a full second 60-130 from 12.3 to 11.2 This was a Mt82 manual car. Hopefully we see Some dyno vids or something in the...
  15. Is the Dark Horse worth it?

No. And while we’re at it, this whole “tremec love affair” people have isn’t either.
  16. Ford makes UAW contract offer

There isn’t any one making a decision like that currently. Which is part of the problem. You make a good point as these are difficult issues that need solutions. Perhaps A.I. can guide us over time. Quantum computing to run all possible scenarios and outcomes. Then we will be able to actually...
  17. Ford makes UAW contract offer

The board of directors, and they are trying to maximize earnings while minimizing labor costs. They will never have the employees best interest as it isn’t in their mandate. Hence the need for unions and or regulations. it’s from the economics institute.
  18. Ford makes UAW contract offer

If the CEO makes 1M it’s likely a company of 1-5 people 100x was an arbitrary number. In the US the average CEO earns 400X their average employee. That gap needs to close.
