There's nothing rational about car guys.
I'm the worst, I bought a car I'd heard was a bit problematic in the quality field, thirstiest beast I've owned, almost too long for my garage, and only seats two normal humans in it's 4.9metre length.
And I bloody love it. It makes me feel good, or...
Well I never, a Pom without a sense of humour. Whatever next?
I haven't the time, or inclination to argue with strangers on the interweb.
Don't read my posts. It'll be hard on me, but I'll get over it.
Cheerio.
I've rented 3 Peugeots now from Eurolease. They are new cars rented on some form of tax break for Peugeot, they have a first service at 15000km's. I did 10,000 in 2 of them, 3500 in the third.
Glad they weren't mine.
I do low kms now that I'm old, so I change oil yearly. But I'd change the oil...
Another amusing thing recently.
A Polestar set an EV range record of 581 kms on a charge. On mostly flat roads in Norfolk and an average speed of 25 kmh!
A few days later a Star Pole (Polish Rally driver) set an ICE record in a Skoda Superb of 2831 kms on one tank. That's 2.6litres per 100kms...
Interesting vid, clearly some form of forced induction coming up.
I particulrly liked his comment about wanting to drive it any chance he gets.
I can relate.
