I doubt that. Timing chains are splash lubricated, they stay soaked in oil for much longer than an engine is stopped in a typical stop/start episode. Our '70's and 80's era patrol bikes and cars would sit engine off for up to half an hour or so and then get fired up and rung out in a pursuit...

I don't think so, when the engine shuts down, so do the injectors. Oil analysis would have shown this if it actually happens.
