i think there is a way to disable it with FORScan, but it involves telling the vehicle certain seats either do not have seat belts or do not exist. this change has a chance of making the seat belt pretensioners and seat airbags not deploy in an accident, though

looks like that is the interior ambient air temperature sensor. the motion sensors are behind the grating on the overhead console if the key is too close, i dont think it will trigger the alarm. you still can by opening the door via the interior handle, though
