Back in the day (see what I did there), I was a car stereo nut... ever since my second car, every car got a stereo as the first upgrade. I graduated to elaborate systems and did some car stereo competitions. My "Sunday driver" (show car) won a first place in a stereo competition. My previous...
Yes, I think you got it!
The naming they use is probably to clarify the wiring location... the "left mirror" wire is from the DDM in cars with memory, the "left rear" wire is from the BCM as that is where it comes from when there is no DDM.
So, plug it in and try it out!
I have seen many times on different cars, that the device (in this case, the mirror) does not have the same wire colors as the wiring harness. Are you able to look at the harness that is in the door that the mirror plugs into? The colors there should match the wiring diagrams... unless Ford...
Hopefully they have improved the fit and finish of the undertray... mine was an early one. I would recommend using it as it does make things more solid and keeps everything smooth underneath (better aero?). The splitter can certainly be used without it...
DH allocations are like the lottery... not all ford dealers will get one, and the DH ones are handled a bit differently than standard GTs. I think the allocations depend more on what they have sold and not what they haven't sold. Contact another dealer is all you can do.
I have always been diligent about tire rotations. All 4 the same size non-directional, are of course easy standard rotation. All 4 the same size and directional, front to back rotation assuming the rears (at least in solid axle cars) will wear more in the center, and fronts more on the sides...
The holes go in the grill, not the bumper... the factory bracket is the best... secure, dead center, and doesn't block the radar sensor. I don't like front plates either, but most of the optional mounts leave something to be desired.
Those look like the ones in front of the rear tire... The ones you had linked in another thread were the proper ones.
*edit* actually post #20 in this thread...
