    Indeed. You only have to look at the struggle Japan has had with zero / negative inflation to see what a huge problem it is and how difficult it is to break out of. Oh and Japan spends more than the US on public spending which somewhat clarifies how inflation is not driven by government...

    Yes I do My car isn't a baby - it's a daily driver and gets treated like any other daily driver. 10k miles is regular intervals and the engine will last just fine on that.

    True but every 10k miles is hardly an extended interval. I have had plenty of high mileage engines that have had oil changes at 10k to 12k intervals that have gone on for huge mileages.

    No - it just doesn't need it plus would be pretty inconvenient on a daily driver changing the oil every few months.

    The ridged bit (centre screen) was flipped up over the lower suspension arm - just pushed it back into position. Done with the wheel on full left lock

    I had the same on my S550 and it turned out to be part of the front wheel arch liner was folded up over the suspension.. It was the ridged plastic bit in this picture.

    It is only ever Ford Stores that have been able to sell new Mustangs in the UK since 2015. Other dealers can sell everything else currently as there are no RS models at the moment which are also Ford Store only. I ordered mine on 2/2/24 which was when the order bank was opened.

    You half answered your own question. Strength is not an issue with a 'plastic' pan. They are also lighter, cheaper and help reduce noise. That is why they get used. It also gives some people on a forum a reason to rant and fall out with each other, which is the main reason Ford used them :wink:
