Probably could power it from the accessory power port, it wouldn't give any charge indication on screen, but should charge... I did something similar in another car. Mine too... exactly the same, has to be the right spot. Samsung S 23 w full cover case. I think there were far too many issues...

It may also just come down to the (poor quality) batteries that ford is shipping with these cars... Put a quality battery in it, and all the issues may just go away...

Do it yourself? The math is simple... 1 mile ÷ circumference = rev/mi Convert mile to feet and circumference (diam x pi) to feet. Tirerack also shows this value in the specs... that's what I used when I did mine the other day...

If you have "square" wheels, you can rotate all tires easily without dis-mounting tires.

If it is a newly released size, it can take a while before everyone carries/lists them. The choice of all season tires in 19" is slim to none. The 325's you mentioned are probably run-flat tires. The lack of choice in wider 19" all seasons is the main reason many (myself included) go to 20" wheels.

I just did the diff in my S550... same 3.15 w/clutch pack using some mobil 1 diff oil which said the friction modifier was included... after a few days, there was a bit of noise when turning in reverse, so I added the XL-3 (after removing some fluid)... all quiet now.
