The OP was from Chinese market, don't think anyone has cracked it for US cars... it is NOT in the menus, done via forescan or other software shenanigans.
Lol... never been to Russia. I don't tell you where to go when I don't agree with your opinion (wouldn't be Russia, lol). To each his/her own... we all like what we like!
I didn't do springs, so no camber plates... luckily front camber is dead even @ -1.4 (street perfect), caster is bit off 6.9 and 7.1 (within spec). The toe was out of spec in front, and pretty much everything out of spec in the rear from factory. My favorite alignment shop got all the rear specs...
As @roket said and I said previously, the car is not built correctly... if your dealer isn't helping, try another, or call Ford directly... THEY NEED TO FIX IT!
FYI, sync 4 version only tells you just that... not about any other updates... not sure that is of much help. OTA updates don't just happen because you turn them on... it could take months...
Sorry you found the incompetent tech/shop. I installed mine myself... I figured it wasn't worth that possibility and even if installed at the dealer, I would have less than a year left on the three year warranty (got car 9/23) as it starts from the in service date. Took all of 20 minutes...
Rear camber is off... most of these are off from the factory... mine had 1.1 on one side and 1.9 on the other. With 305 tires it was glaringly obvious... after an alignment, all is 👍.
Edit... I also did the subframe line up kit before the alignment as well.
Keep in mind that they could have shipped hoses of incorrect length. The can for my ecoboost came with a hose that seemed too short... pulled tight, no slack, had to clock the can way more than their photos showed. I contacted them, the hose was indeed too short, they sent a longer one right...
