Thanks... makes more sense. There is certainly a difference between sport and track mode... I love track mode, sport mode, not so much. It still seems to shift too early (too low RPM), especially in the higher gears/while cruising. The sport mode in my S550 holds all shift points about 1000 RPM...

Sport and track don't seem the same to me... after reading the description, it makes a little more sense (mud and sand), but track and sport seem very different to me.

I would think they would be good for a couple years. Not sure how much they degrade "per year" though. I would imagine someone that tracks alot could tell a difference.

Are they last years production? I see this often with some max performance tires... older production, prices drop (as does the grip, lol).

It's not like your phone... there are not updates on a regular basis. Updates are rolled out at some mysterious schedule known only to Ford. I wouldn't worry about it, be happy your car doesn't need any updates!

Purchased my S197 with windows already tinted. Got pulled a couple times in the small town I live in. They said the tint was too dark, but never put a meter on it or issued a citation... I traded it in on a S550 with the same tint on it 12 years later!

Did you try changing the tire size with forscan? Maybe it would all be good if the car was configured for the tire size.

There is a place near where I live that sells beauty bark. When the weather is really cold they put anti freeze on it so it doesn't freeze into a giant blob. Makes me freak out every winter as I think all my cars are leaking anti freeze.

You better hope the actual price is a bit lower when you go to get one!
