“This strategy is biased towards one opening at low RPM and load, but then the two work together and sync up on the way to wide open throttle.”

Is it sad that the first thing I noticed is they have a damn blank button where the auto start/stop has been in all the press photos?
I really hate that...🤬 Almost as much as start/stop
The date on the bottom is the date the window sticker was last retrieved from the system. The date at the top is approximately when it was supposed to hit the production line.
Basically this car was likely produced weeks ago an is just sitting at the factory waiting to be released.
I'm curious and if you don't mind answering, how much of the staff at a plant are covered under the UAW?
I assume body, paint, assembly line type positions. But what about other areas, shipping, testing, facility maintenance, etc? Do those areas have their own unions?
This is exactly the kind of BS that i'm concerned about. I had no plans on getting my car before August/September, but now that it's built I don't want it sitting outside for months.
On one hand it's just a car, on the other it's always been my dream to custom order a Mustang. This is once in a...
One thing that makes no sense to me on the whole "3 days of production without issue for OKTB" Why hold on to completed inventory? If some of those cars needed remediation for QC issues, fine hold them and fix it. But I see no reason to hold the other vehicles if it's for those type of QC...
I’m actually impressed that Ford has managed to keep whatever is delaying the OK to by under wraps. You would think someone would have spilled the details by now.
I wish they would stop giving out bogus shipping estimates and just say nothing is scheduled to ship until OKTB is approved. If they...
It really seems like the tracker site is an afterthought. I have read numerous posts on other forums (ranger, maverick, etc) where the tracker never updated past the production stage until after the cars were delivered.
The tracker is a great idea, but the implementation seems clunky.
The least they could do is wrap the cars that are going to sit outside for weeks and weeks. Even VW can do that.
I’m patient and I don’t mind waiting if they would just update us on why the cars are sitting.
In 2023 it’s impossible to believe that they don’t have real time data to feed to the...
While I find the numbers that Ford published interesting. Maybe a statement on what’s the hold up with delivering all those orders would be more useful.
But what do I know, I’m just some guy waiting to fork over a buck of cash on one of those cars.
I don't see Ford giving any performance boosting updates to the engine tune. Bug fixes, emissons updates, etc. for sure. Why give something away for free when you can sell it thru Ford Performance or other partners as an authorized tune. On the F150 which has OTA updates they have even wiped...
