Most people that are put off by the interior seem to be because of the screens, but for me it’s that tacky, fake carbon fiber looking stuff. It looks so cheap to me.
The last two rear end shots make the rear diffuser section look absolutely MASSIVE. It looks like it sticks out 3 inches or more from the back bumper. I've also noticed that it seems to be hit or miss whether or not the cars have the front wheel arch extenders on them. The show car with the...
Thanks for the heads up! I loved the Boss-style side exit exhaust I had on my 2015 GT, and I would definitely want to do that again if I were to get a Dark Horse at some point (I am not fucking around with ADMs and all that shit). I have to assume it'll be a direct fit as the S650 is basically...
Every time I see those stripes on the car, I can't help but wonder who actually thinks that looks good? They honestly might be the worst factory stripes I've ever seen in my life on any car at any price point.
I would want tail lights that extend a little further down in the back, so that the trunk opening line would be straight across and not rise up to meet the tail lights as it does now. I don't really know why, but that really bugs me on the current car. I would also like to see. subtle ducktail...
Personally I think the blade spoiler looks terrible on both cars; the S550 because it already has a nice ducktail built in, and the S650 because the way the tail of the car extends out make the blade look tiny in comparison.
In any event, that picture makes the S650 look a little plain in...
I can handle the Dark Horse as-is in dark colors like black and gray, but I agree that the whole front would look better if the raccoon eyes were just body colored. I really don't know what they were going for. I think this front looks absolutely ridiculous on the light colored cars we've seen...
Personally, I think the fake carbon fiber looking stuff looks awful, and I agree that it makes it look cheap. I think the metal part on the S550 looked nicer, whether it was higher quality or not. I also think the part that has the switches that SHOULD be toggles looks a little cheap as well...
I noticed that this car doesn't have the black plastic stuff that extends out the wheel well to accommodate the wider wheels and tires like the original Dark Horse they showed did. I hope they don't end up omitting this because I think it actually looks better with it as the wheels look like...
I like the blue accents in the interior, but that fake carbon fiber looking stuff looks absolutely dreadful in pictures. I hope it's better in person because it looks like bargain basement cheap, hard plastic that doesn't belong in a near $60,000 car.
I don't think anyone should be surprised with the pricing as it's basically in line with how it's been in the past couple years.
I think one of the things that gets people with the price of the Dark Horse is something that also applies to the Mach 1, and that's the fact that it doesn't...
