The Mode buttons cycle through Normal, Sport, Track, Drag, Slippery and Custom (selecting your default custom profile), but I was talking about cycling through Custom Profiles 1-6 without needing to go into the My Mustang menu, which doesnāt appear to be possible.
I deselected both Trip 1 and Trip 2 in the settings menu, so now it opens up on tire pressures, which is fine as Iām not particularly interested in the fuel economy anyway.
Can the favourites button be programmed to do more than just the on screen options? E.g. cycle through custom profiles.
Bug and tar remover if itās really stuck on, but I usually find soaking with a good snow foam followed by jet wash then a gentle soap wash with a microfibre mitt is sufficient.
Knowledge builds with time and experience, maybe donāt assume everyone has decades of experience working on engines. Itās not like itās beyond the realm of possibilities that some of us might come here to learn something newā¦
@5.0ALM did you happen to measure what length of cable would be needed for connecting to the rear camera without having to shove a bundle of wires into the roof void?
I just found this dongle and watched Vortex Radar's review that plugs into the rear view mirror's power to "hardwire" without...
Whilst I know from my own research that oil catch cans need to be checked and emptied periodically, I definitely donāt think it āgoes without sayingā (especially when Fordās owners manual says they donāt!) and I found @DarkMatterGrey ās explanation v useful, so would suggest he reinstates it for...
Here you are:
Annoying because USB-C is smaller form factor, and therefore neater, and goes in both ways round. I know itās only install once and itās done, but the world has moved on from USB-A years ago already, itās basically old tech.
I donāt know why people compare the BMW M2 to the Mustang, when the M4 is a much more comparable model. I guess whatever suits your argument at the timeā¦
I can confirm it is there on my Dark Horse Premium, annoyingly it's a USB-A rather than a USB-C but I suppose that is to be compatible with more dashcams out of the box.
I came across a very helpful install video on @5.0ALM's YouTube channel for the Viofo, thanks man. I thought I was going to...
I hate the thought of artificial sound being plumbed into the cabin, it feels like a lie. I would rather be able to hear what my engine actually sounds like and if I want to hear that Track exhaust roar in an underpass, I'll roll down the windows, thanks! Surprising Ford felt they needed to do...
As a result of reading this thread I've actually been prompted to start fiddling around with different custom modes. It is definitely frustrating that you can't set the magneride separately from the base mode. I was hopping in the car each morning, getting out past the speed bumps and then...
@tj@steeda @gregrarnold - how are the Steeda dual rates on a daily driver? Any difference in height drop compared to the Progressive Springs?
I know if lowering I will scrape the belly pan on some of the speed bumps near my house if I forget to take them at an angle, but does a bit of belly...
I tested out the difference between Sport and Track throttle response on the way home today and it is markedly different! Track has a much smoother application of power needing to get above what Iād estimate is 35-40% before it really starts to pull, whereas sport felt a lot more immediate at...
The quality looks amazing, I might get this for my SUV, but I wouldnāt want the screen for the Mustang, too distracting (much more so than the rear view mirror, especially at night).
For the Mustang Iām considering the Viofo, but doing some research now. Although, I would love to add a...
