I'd also be interested in a setting to remove the overspeed warning, it's set to go off at 120km/h on every car I've driven here but highways vary at 100, 120, 140 and 160 km/h, so it's totally irrelevant (and annoying).

So if you want to change a parameter can you do it using that scanner, but you just need to connect to it via laptop Bluetooth rather than phone? Do you use it through your phone for anything in particular on a regular basis? If editing settings though I presume it’s safer to do it via cable...
