The biggest crybabies are those who don't want to have to "push a button" to disable ASS. Some would consider "switching to custom mode (with ASS disabled)" no different.
Is your custom mode set to Sport or something else that doesn't allow ASS to occur? Because I don't recall being able to...
I can understand you not liking it because you "feel" like you're fighting it, but there's not any wear happening by using Auto Hold. The rotors are stationary until you start moving, you can't start moving until the brakes release, and there's no wear unless and until the rotors start moving...
Huh?
How is auto hold any different than you keeping your foot on the brake pedal until you're ready to leave? That's all it does. As soon as you start to release the clutch, the auto hold releases the brakes - just like your foot releases the brakes manually as you move it to the gas pedal...
If my phone and Sync ever stop communicating wirelessly (Android Auto), all I do is:
Go into the Sync settings
Tap Phone List
Select my phone
IIRC there are three round (virtual) buttons to show what the phone is connected for: Calls, Music, and AA

Wait ... you didn't watch @Rip Actual's YouTube video? He shows that starting around the 2:07 mark ... :)
I was going back and forth between the Barton and the Billetworkz. I think I'm going to order the Billetworkz for the same reason - too easy to inadvertently press down on the top of the...

Ford says the Electronic Drift Brake operates in a binary fashion. It’s more of a switch than a lever, with two settings depending on the driver’s skill level. When the driver engages it, Ford says the car applies four to five times the normal braking, which...
It is on the GT, just that the earliest GTs didn't get it.
You can turn it of permanently by purchasing and installing an override. Another forum member is selling one here on the forums because his family bought him two.
Eventually, you'll be able to disable it with FORScan. That change...
While I agree generally agree with your sentiments, I can also say that, if you're going to post things on Internet discussion forums, don't be surprised if a bunch of people speak up and give you their opinion - positive AND negative.
Because that's exactly what these forums are for.
Public...
PR3Z 7277 DA comes up as the description "Boot Gear Change Lever".
Is it all one unit with trim piece and the leather?
Oh, my fav online parts places has that P/N for $39.32.
I actually misspoke. It had something to do with the running pony with the only badging having that being the running pony in the front grille. I don't recall completely - I blame it on old age!
I don't think anyone here thought you were trying to deceive anyone.
Well, my Dark Horse is a Mustang, but it's not a GT.
And it's not a 5.0, but it has a 5.0L motor.
First Dark Horse F150 !!
