I had some GTS headlight covers for a mid 90's Grand Prix, velcro as well. Watched them fly off one by one as I forgot to take them off before getting on the interstate. First one, had no idea what it was, second one within 10 seconds, figured out out, 😂
You must have missed his last sentence where he states he knows it's illegal... He asked if anyone had tinted headlights, not if it was legal in your specific state, 😂Y

I had everything tinted before I drove it home, so I can't tell you how much it reduced visibility. I have 50٪ on my windshield, and I can see just fine at night. 51, bad eyes, haha

I'd suggest making an appointment with your service department to have it looked at, definitely not normal. You've got the warranty, use it.
I have the Steeda spring and it did make a difference imo. I also have the Steeda short throw shifter and it's night and day difference shifting. Don't...
We'll see who gets to see one first. I've got a customer who applied for one and won. He gets to order his in September, I believe. No idea when it will actually arrive, it could be up to 3 years according to him.
I've got project 6gr wheels and love them. You don't want chrome or machined silver, correct? Sounds like black or gray to me (gloss gray for the win). They've got some cool custom finishes, but not sure how much you want to spend
