Take it to a reputable muffler shop, probably a hanger needs to be adjusted to pull it back up even with your other side. They're pros, they'll know what to do and expense will be minimal.
totally normal, driving causes heat, they'll go up in pressure. Parking it in shade or the garage, they'll go back down in a couple of hours or overnight.
Is no guidelines, you're gonna get most people on here telling you not to do it, unsafe, illegal, etc... it's your car, your money, your possible ticket, your possible denied insurance claim, blah, blah, blah... 😂
