    Total BS.
  3. Still on 4.0.23151 - Should i visit a dealer? (OTA not.. OTA'ing)

Most if not all of mine were the same. Truck and DH. The only exceptions were when I applied manually (FDRS and Mongoose).
  4. 1000 mile oil change

Nearly 60, a full left leg amputee, and I still do all my own work. Oil changes are not difficult at all. And this way, I KNOW the work is done right. Plus I do it for much less and use full synthetic oil. I've only let them do the truck because I got a free 3 year maint plan after some repair...
  5. Still on 4.0.23151 - Should i visit a dealer? (OTA not.. OTA'ing)

Dealers aren't going to perform updates just because you haven't received them yet. Not for free. WiFi has NOTHING to do with OTAs. They get delivered via TCU.
  6. MyKey on the S650, where is it?

Locking the center screen keeps them out of your contacts, call history, your GPS favorites and history, and all that other kind of personal in there.
  7. Rim damage from curb

Five minutes later, this thread is posted: "DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO USE FORSCAN TO DISABLE THESE STUPID DIGITAL CURB FEELER NOTIFICATIONS?"
  8. Press the Phone Button on the Steering Wheel

Press & immediately release the button, you're talking to the Ford Assistant (which controls all the Sync stuff). Press & hold, then release, you're talking to Google Assistant or Siri, depending upon what phone is connected to the vehicle. If your call is through the phone<->Bluetooth...
  9. Found damage :(

Absolutely 100% agree. That would be like you not noticing you kid was born with three arms. That is definitely post-delivery damage.
  10. Press the Phone Button on the Steering Wheel

If your call is through the phone<->Bluetooth connection, then you have to get out of Android Auto to get to the number pad with the hang up button. IIRC, If AA is on the screen (e.g, Google Maps or Waze) while I'm on a call, I can just press the round Sync button in the upper left corner, it...
  11. Intelligent Speed Limiter

Here's the point: The point is that it does this for you so you don't have to, or if you happen miss seeing a speed limit sign. Fairly simple concept, really.
  12. Question About the Ricardo Seats in the DH?

Try it being 6' 2' 230# and having a full microprocessor knee/prosthetic leg!
  13. I had a nice weekend

I was curious as to what you did to upgrade/modify it. Apparently, I hit a nerve. Sorry.
  14. Question About the Ricardo Seats in the DH?

I have not, but I have installed something similar in both of my Honda SXSs. One solution were individual, solid steel "cubes" with holes drilled through them, using longer bolts vs factory. The other was a ~16" hollow steel tubes (one on each side) that installed in a similar way. Not sure...
  15. I don't get the Dark Horse vs GT

With a username like yours, how could we possibly think any different?
  16. Navigation Question

If you press and immediately release the voice button, you are talking to the Ford Assistant (in vehicle assistant). If you press and HOLD the voice button for ~2 seconds THEN release it, you are talking to Siri or Google Assistant (on the connected phone).
  17. Wellton, Arizona police now has a Dark Horse

I don't believe you comprehend just how much they "acquire" through the drug-related forfeiture process ...
  18. Ruined MPG calculator

I've purchased a dozen and a half new vehicles in the past ~20 years alone. While I don't go out of my way to NOT do it, I have always seemed to leave trip ODO #2 alone the entire time we owned it. It was always within a mile or so of the last three digits of the actual ODO when I looked at it...
  19. Wellton, Arizona police now has a Dark Horse

Being ~24 miles from the US/Mexico border, I'm sure their budget is largely, if not completely, funded by drug-related forfeitures. No taxpayer dollars spent.
