Yes of course but the standard VAT is higher in Spain compared to Germany if I am not mistaken :) 19 compared to 21. With that said not sure if the VAT rules on cars are the same or not

In the info mail I got it stated that cars are in Europe and will be delivered in time for the season start(time will tell though....). They will have a gathering at the specific dealer but I will unfortunately not be able to attend as it is in another city.

I am referring to steady state driving there is no push from the E or very very little at least on the Beemer I had. It would be only on overtakes where it would activate Highway speeds I was getting around 33mpg. If they could do hybrids with true 100km E range that would be very good
