I have a manual transmission, so I am never really much under 1600 RPM cruise anyway. Great write up (somehow I missed your initial post) and I am definitely in the "old school muscle car sound" camp. Have you experienced any drone above 1600 RPM at cruise or on throttle?

You can reset the TCM learned behavior with FORSCAN, a laptop, and an OBD2 doggle. Pretty easy to do. Takes about 2 minutes and your done. These cars have "Keep Alive Memory" so disconnecting the battery does nothing. You need to reset the TCM with FORSCAN.

If a company is price gouging on the shipping for RTR splitter maybe @RTR Vehicles should be aware so they can stop shipping to those vendors. I don't think RTR wants their customers to be unhappy or experience gouging. That said, I wouldn't hide the name of the company. Put them on blast!
