I think it’s just the angle. The more I look at the double screens I realize that it’s the main screen that looks totally out of place. Just looks strange. Good thing it’s only in the base model. I guess it’s still better than the old 4” calculator.
Honestly I'm more concerned about drivers on the phone and/or texting than I am about those distracted by their screens. Also those reading the newspaper, doing their hair, drinking coffee, etc, etc. Most drivers can be just as easily be distracted by using knobs and buttons. Anything that...
Some guy? That’s Daniel Riccardo, F1 driver and now back with Red Bull Racing. Hopefully he will be back and driving in 2026 when Ford is back in the game.
I was kidding. But a thousand dollars to you and me could mean a million dollars to someone else. Or for those actually paying those super high ADM's a thousand dollars could mean one dollar.
So you're dumb, just not as dumb as someone who would pay more ADM than you. Bravo! Seriously what people do with their money is no one else's business. I think that's been said on here a billion tomes already.
What I find amusing is going back to some of the original pricing threads on the Mach 1. How it was so overpriced, how it was nothing more than a PP2 with coolers, that a Camaro XXX was a better value. Here it is now 2023 and we are having the exact conversation about the Dark Horse. Based on...
Based on production schedules you will not see test drives for another few months. That said, I’m not sure what you’re expecting but I’m sure it’s going to drive pretty much like an improved Mach 1. The DH is evolutionarily not revolutionary.
By the way, the Voodoo is one and done. if you want...
The Dark House is incrementally more expensive than the Mach 1 it is replacing. Its performance will also be incrementally improved. I do not think we are in for any great surprises.
There are a lot of great used cars that can be had for under $80,000. Meaningless if you want a Dark Horse.

Why are you wasting your breath? Let @dfanucci have his say. Doesn't really matter to anyone on here. The S650 is going to great. The DH is going to be awesome. There is nothing wrong with the C8 but it's not for everyone. Hell I wouldn't trade my 19' GT/CS for one. But that's just my opinion!
This car is not for the "average" person. They can buy a base GT for almost half of a DH. Actually how many "average" people can afford the average price of a new car period? $47,000 last time I looked.
Because if it weren’t for racing we would all be driving four cylinder four door cars putt putts. There would be no such thing as performance cars. F1 is the epitome of racing, always has been. Now that they are finally allowing us in, Ford and GM are salivating to get in in the action.
Just do...
Thank you for posting.
Be it ICE or electric it's really great to see Ford growing its interest in racing. It may not be the old "race on Sunday, sell on Monday" adage but it still works for us Mustang owners.
