I looked to see if any of the major players are selling a photo-chromatic window tint. Not a one. So until that happens I would stick to well known name brand ceramic.

Personally I do not blame your dealer for not wanting to diagnose these. How do you expect them to duplicate it. Also why on earth would you tell your dealer about significantly exceeding the speed limit? Tell them it happens at 65/70 and leave it at that. At least then they would look at it.
