That is 3/10 of an inch. Only half of that difference in diameter is at the top of the tire, at the wheel well, so 3/20 of any inch. That is barely an eighth of an inch. You won't even be able to see this. You would not be able to notice even if the original tire was there for comparison...
Forcing manufacturers to produce cars with 3 cylinder engines that weigh 1200 pounds would save a lot of gasoline. It would be a "proven . . . gas saver over the entire population."
LOL, spending was over 7 trillion for FY 2025, and projected to be more in 2026, with $43.5 billion in debt added every week so far in FY 2026 (remember, the fiscal year starts on October 1 of the prior year, so we are 4 months into FY 2026), so, yeah, they are not giving up that revenue.

Very nice looking house, Stanzi. Curb appeal. I really like the stone siding, the dark brown doors and trim, the curved tops to the windows, and the way the roofline looks at the front, with the changes due to the garage and what looks like a front door portico.

What a massive change.
The rpm drop on 7th generation GT manuals must be horrific, especially compared to my A10.
I am pretty sure the remark in quotation marks is from a 4 speed guy (MT82), gearing his car with the Whipple to use 4 gears in the quarter mile without having to shift into the first overdrive gear (5th). He found that 3.31 are what he needed. He had 3.55 prior.
Anyway, I just wanted to...
100% on the Mishimoto radiator (they make one the same thickness as the Dark Horse). You may even look around for a custom radiator that will bolt in for cooling beyond what is available from Ford (sorry, not aware of one, but I have seen plenty of folks posting about them over at trackmustangs...
Holy cow. It is an extremely wide ratio four speed. with two overdrive gears.
For comparison's sake, my 4 speed in my 66 GTO had a 2.2 first gear, almost the same as the second gear in that MT82D4. Wow.
The wide ratio Muncie in GM cars had a 2.52 or 2.56 first gear. 3.23 is like some...
