Yes all the active exhaust settings are able to be changed in the tune. Even in tunes from cars without AE, all the settings are there but show disabled. Easy to enable if you enable the logic for the rest of the modules with forscan.

One data point to add, I own three other 10R60/80 Ford vehicles (not mustangs), and they all shift like dog shit. Our 25 explorer ST bogs and lugs and jerks at times and its pretty standard.
