  1. Another low battery issue...

Which cam do you have and how is it powered?
  2. Another low battery issue...

The issues seems to be the batteries on these car aren't getting fully charged on a regular driving, or they are draining way to fast due to the electronics. My guess is the latter. There are tons of people on this forum who couldn't get the latest update due to a low battery condition and...
  3. Another low battery issue...

Got this message on my phone last night. First time I've ever seen it. I hooked up my battery tender and charged it over night. This morning on my way to work, I got the chime again on startup, instead of the heartbeat. On my way home everything was normal and got the heartbeat on startup...
  4. BCM recall - photo of one being fixed

Sounds like another inept dealer that doesn't know what's going on.
  5. Power seats base GT.

I can see both sides to this. Recaros are for track use only. So you certainly dont need heated seats and the added weight of electronics and motors. But at the price point, I think a compromise could have been reached similar to other high end track cars.
  6. Power seats base GT.

I can't imagine 1LEs came in base trim though, no?
  7. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

Thats because it's not piston slap. It just got repeated by every internet yokel so much that people who dont even know what piston slap is starting repeating it. The BBQ tick really got people in a tizzy for a few years.
  8. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

Nah. Sounds like a game of internet telephone. This is exactly what I mean by going down the rabbit hole. I spent years on the 6G forum and never heard about any "teething issues". Not saying they don't exist, but you'll need to show me some numbers on those "many many warranty claims". Lol
  9. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

Just one of many online theories. That certainly doesn't prove anything.
  10. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

The typewriter or BBQ tick is pretty distinct. But you are right, many people conflate injector tick, the 2k rattle, and BBQ tick as the same thing. No. "Piston slap" is/was often wrongly thrown around on the internet as a reason for the tick or the "2k rattle". But there was never a bore...
  11. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

I approve of all of that. But only if it's 60 year anniversary car. 🤪
  12. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? 🙋🏻‍♂️

Nice ride man. But that finish is taking a beating. How are you washing it? 😬
  13. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

Well, pretty much all of them have the tick to varying degrees. You just haven't heard yours yet. 😉 But I agree, its widely accepted as a harmless Coyote noise. In 10 years, I have yet to read about any failures attributed to it. A half a bottle of Ceratec after an oil change cures it in 95% of...
  14. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

That's been a debate since 2011, and to a lager extent since 2018 when it became prevalent in the 3rd gen coyote. There are theories, but no tech or any one from Ford has been able to formally diagnose. If you want to go down the rabbit hole, do a search on the 6g forum. I'd highly recommend...
  15. FORScan help with A10 gear indicator

That's only on manual transmission cars. Autos already have it at the bottom of the sceen where I circled. This does not change when you enable continuous gear display.
  16. So this just happened and I'm so angry!!!

Agreed. I've had lots of chip repairs before. There is a skill to doing it right. This once looks like it was bros first day and he was hung over.
  17. Arizona Spare tire (brembos)

    Take a road trip!
  18. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

Read above guys. It's was Ford's quick lane. 🤦‍♂️
  19. 1st Oil Change (Completed) - Low Oil (Next Step Advice)

He did. Read above. And for the record, most dealers are just as bad, if not worse than the lube shops.
