Correct. Glass coverage means you don't have a deductible for replacement. It doesn't mean the replacement isn't considered a claim on your policy. You get enough of them, and your rates will go up. And they track ALL of your claim history.

It's really obvious that many dealers still aren't up to date on this recall and are either not yet trained or unwilling to do it. Theres no need to rush this one fellas. Give it a few months.

I have heard the chime (non heartbeat) indicates a low battery condition. I have confirmed through personal experience that these batteries seldom hold a full charge.

Every once in a while, my heartbeat disappears for a day and then comes back. Seems like this is just a thing that commonly happens. I don't think it's because of the update.
