  1. Thinking of taking a trip across country

What kind of speeds did you do (usually) on the Interstates? 30 hours doesn't seem like that much driving. Just curious. Both routes have their pluses and minuses. There is a LOT of boring terain either way you go. Been there, done that. Would like to do it again if I EVER get settled...
  2. Dark Horse cam install?

Some of us would have died to get 500 hp out of anything back in the day. The Coyote is still just an ~5.0 liter engine. Yes, they're bullet proof, but for how long with what mods?
  3. Cool Daily Random S650 Mustang Pics -- Post Yours! 📸

    She just isn't that picky.....🤣
  4. 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse - Thoughts?

Not a fan. Looks kind of ghetto to me.
  5. Change lane keep to lane centering?

Can't answer your question. I would rather have not paid for or have this function at all.
  6. Cool Daily Random S650 Mustang Pics -- Post Yours! 📸

It should be a five year sentence for dinging doors. That's a despicable thing to do besides the stupidity part.
  7. Gross rotors (rust)!

The rust isn't deep. Just drive the car and it will be gone after a little braking. Mine rust every time I wash any of my cars. No big deal.
  8. Valentine One Radar Detectors

No, I haven't called early in the week and haven't emailed them. My research tells me they aren't answering email promptly or doing repairs promptly. I just can't spend money with a place like that. I am compassionate concerning the death. However, every small business should have a...
  9. Valentine One Radar Detectors

So, I call Valentine One at their two numbers on their web site and get a recording, "Thanks for calling but due to a staffing shortage, we cannot answer right now. Please call back later. Thank you for your understanding." Understanding, bullshit. If they can't even find someone to answer...
  10. Front parking sensors

Maybe they should offer a driver as an option. Nevermind.......
  11. Steeda low profile jacking rails… yes or no?

I'm not trying to bash you or your companyk (I think Steeda has some good quality products) but I've been over several engineering depts. and accepted nothing but a prefect, easy to attach fit on things of this nature. My concerns are in this thread. These rails should almost bolt themselves...
  12. Steeda low profile jacking rails… yes or no?

We agree @MAT1955 . Sounds like there can be a better solution. If it were offered for sale, I might be a customer.
  13. FORD: One of the worst

Think Ford is bad, go buy a GM. A Ford is a Ford.
  14. Anyone else struggled deciding between EcoBoost and GT for daily driver?

A lot of people complain about the affordabiity of GT's but anyone here can look up that the average and median new car price today is right at $50K with the average new car payment being right at $750. So, the masses are thinking a $50K car is affordable, apparently. What is insane is the...
  15. Anyone else struggled deciding between EcoBoost and GT for daily driver?

Never considered an Eco. I won't own a turbo until I have to and a V8 in a Mustang is a great thing. I can easily get 22 to 23 mpg in a mix of town and highway while still getting on it now and then. When I ordered my Mustang, I did it with the intent of not worrying about fuel consumption...
  16. Watch how close FOB is to car...

Not to worry. It will come, either Ford or govt. mandated.
  17. Valentine One Radar Detectors

My OLD but updated according to V1, I think crapped out yesterday. I was switching it back to my Mustang, it made a funny noice on power up and quit working (lights out). Cord looks good so I will call them tomorrow and see what they think (buy a new one of course). Mine has saved me a large...
  18. Mustang sales up 66.5% in Q4 2025. Total of 45,333 Mustangs sold in 2025

After making what I thought was a very good deal here in the Southeast, I also got the Ford rebate. I just wanted a good deal and ended up getting a great deal IMO
  19. Mustang sales up 66.5% in Q4 2025. Total of 45,333 Mustangs sold in 2025

This has been a strange year for some people......money-wise. If one has it, it just depends on their priorities, if one doesn't, it's interest rates and MSRP. Lot's of people unemployed also. The Dow is setting a record as I type this.
