"we will still produce ICE" or use "green" oil-derived fuels, etc pronouncements.
Plus the articles in the "establishment" rags about the ecological damage EV manufacturing causes, and how costs are already rising rapidly and nullifying "the benefits" let alone pricing the 'normals' out of...
Merc just killed one of their last v8, and Audi killed theirs back in 2018(?) so "affordable" is probably no longer a relevant modifier. EVs will not take over the world. The backpeddling has already begun.
it's at night, in a garage and using flash... 2012 Audi S5, v8, 6mt. Last of it's kind.
You can see the character line and how the door below it is bowed outward so that should the door touch another it's on a large radius surface and not a sharp edge like on Mustang, guarenteed to do damage to...
My forgiveness of poor/bad looks doesn't extend to "mediocre performance" underpinnings. :) And also when the car previously looked good inside and out...
My skin breaks out in hives when I see "tech" for "tech" sake, and the concomitant failure to actually solve a problem, let alone better...
yes I bought a '19 SS/1LE and no, I didn't see what all the crying and wailing was about. I didn't buy the SS for it's looks. It's a "cheap" Chevy product and GM designers are way too juvenile with their Gandam styling on everything..
There is ONE thing I wish Ford would fix and that being the sharp point in the door so it's NOT the highest point of contact. Not only does paint chip easily in such an arrangement, it damages the other car very easily. You can still have the crease but have the curve below it be subtly more...
pricing was determined a year ago probably and updated in the last month with the Fed cranking rates at a rapid clip. Now MAYBE there will be some actual marketing?
we need a better acronym since VB is by definition 'Velocity' Blue, not this gray with some blue thrown into the pail. :)
They also need to run the cars thru the spinny-brush car washes and see how many passes it takes before there's water all over the floor and inside the frame. :)
Pirelli's numbers are nonsense. I have the PZ4C tires Ford put on the EB/PP with 80. They wear like the 300 series PS4S. Even cold Cup2 (50F) grab and throw vastly more sand/particles than these "not remotely gumball" Pirelli's do at 90F.
I don't know either. Lazy design loves company lest they get laughed out of the kiddie play pen? Maybe Ford thinks that since Mercedes couldn't be arsed to finish the job it's "edgy, clean, bold" that they can ride those same coattails with their similar effort?
this old saw keeps coming up as "all hail the EPA". Ok, it's not completely rubbish but LA is a basin with LOUSY atmospherics, and frequent inversion so it's air quality is always going to suck the big one. LA has so ridiculously outstripped it's carrying capacity it's not funny.
Getting rid of...
that's pretty difficult since no cars have been put on display. Unfortunately I envision they will be a spectacularly bad deal since they will be sold with ADM despite the rest of the economy going straight to hell.
I've been bombarded with "10k, 20k on all Blackwings" and yet a single "no, I'm...
