Why can't you just accept that panel alignment is a known issue...
German cars, produced in Germany hardly ever have these panel alignment issues. As far as I can tell American build quality is in general not top notch. Some more expensive brands may have better QC but on average American...
I agree and they got rid of that ugly "GT" surround/batch EU Mustangs used to have.
Overall I like the visual changes that have been made. Looking forward to see it in person.
As Twin Turbo stated.
However, I'm really interested in some real world dyno runs. GT vs DH and what are the wheel hp numbers as those are more relevant.
We've heard rumors that they want to turn Mustang into a brand but I didn't see that coming... I thought the demand for those 'all terrain' cars was gone a couple of years ago after all major German manufacturers created large and heavy touring cars that only a handful of boomer bought...
A GT500 convertible with EU mirrors and taillights launching in 25 as a MY26...
How convenient that Ford Europe has set themselves a deadline that they won't sell any non EV/hybrid cars after 2025. Assuming that it always takes six months or more before the old continent gets the latest Mustang...
We shouldn't get too much into the testcar variants. I think the 'old' GT500 also had a convertible tested and it didn't come to fruition.
Back then the chassis wouldn't support that much power so we probably don't get a high power convertible this time around...
I would've loved such a car. I understand that the chassis isn't capable of withstanding 700+hp as all its flaws can be seen in several convertibles with any kind of forced induction. That cars literally break apart.
Anyhow, a Mustang like the BMW M850 would've been great. Less luxurious but...
What about a slightly used import GT350?
That would always give you the special feeling on the road as there will be no successor for the Voodoo engine. Would the price be that much higher than buying a new S650 in your country?
What you didn't consider is more hp doesn't necessarily mean better performance and vice versa. I can't speak for Asian manufacturer but here in Germany every generation is exactly that - a new generation with meaningful improvements and measurable better performance. They might increase the hp...
None, it's the same I just couldn't remember the exact name so I went with Google software...
We probably have to wait for the facelift in order to get it though. I think it was stated that the F150 should've had Android Automotive last year already but the entire system is delayed so they had...
Highly unlikely or unattainable. Lightweight is expensive. Just look at the BMW M4 CS or CSL. Some 100kg lighter, slightly more hp (~50hp) and yet they want you to pay an extra 50% or more.
If the street legal version doesn't offer any performance that is closely related to the racecar then...
The Bullitt and Mach 1 were also 'limited'...
They'll be built until a certain point in time but up until then everyone who wants one will get one.
It's marketing and has almost zero impact on its future value.
The FORD GT is limited as only a handful of people can get one but besides that cars...
The answer is yes, they are priced too high compared to what they offer. Anyhow, if you like what you get and if you can afford it without selling a leg or two you shouldnāt regret your decision. The answer to the question āis it worth it?ā is quite subjective. An answer based purely on...
I agree. It's the Mustang 'GT' so for and the vast majority in Germany I would say that we don't consider the Mustang a proper sportscar. It's a GT and mostly used as such. It's also sporty but it's not a sportscar.
A 1200kg car would be great but with all these modern regulations it's almost...
Reasonable arguments. Thank you for your answer.
I like the R8 as well, who doesn't? It's just in another league compared to the TT - performance and money wise...
I think most people like Porsche. Today their cars are the best you can get but they do come at a price... I generally don't like...
You mention your desire quite often yet I still don't understand why you don't simply buy a TTRS... It's small, somewhat light and faster... Isn't it the perfect car? Honest question.
I hate the TT in general, way too small, it looks pathetic (it's size makes it worse) and it's really only...
It literally always was the original pony car ;)
But aside from that I do agree with some of your arguments. The S650 will sell and most buyers arenāt enthusiasts like us. Most buyers will appreciate the screens. That being said I think most would still prefer integrated screens if they had a...
Wasn't that one of the first things Ford perfected?
Creating future demands throughout colors?
There will be different colors every MY. If you want a specific color you have to wait for said MY or wrap/paint it yourself.
