it's not like they gave Lund special access before. The only reason Whipple probably has it, is because they are using them for the Ford Racing supercharger kit.
I wonder why they didn't team up with Roush again?
No way a gen 3 car only traps 111 (especially an A10 because that's the only car we're talking about anyway)
funny shit happens at the track though. I remember in the old days watching guys in C5's run 14.0's @ 100mph
not flooring it, letting off before the end of the 1/4, who knows what...
You think the 18's are 7.5-10lbs lighter, each, than the 19's?
edit: That's probably not too far off from the 6g weights
OEM Base 18" GT Wheel w/ Tire: 54.5lbs
OEM PP Model 19" GT Wheel w/ Tire: F-60.6lbs / R-64.3lbs
Start searching the posts...you're right, it's hard to find one that hasn't at least had a drag pack or seats etc taken out
12.1-12.2 @ 115-118 seem to be what the fast ones are running
When you mention jerking around, I wonder if your issue was due to the clutch or the tune. The supercharger shouldn't really factor into the way the car drives unless you are past 3/4 throttle.
And I want to see before and after datalogs from the car, showing the knock with gas from one station, not showing it with gas from station 2, and then putting gas from station 1 back in...
Gas is the first thing to be blamed for any car problem when it's almost never the case.
Why did you hate your 2016?
A 6 speed with a Whipple should be plenty of fun
Just read the fine print, if you blow the transmission they are only going to cover $2,000, which is BS because it'll probably cost that much to just remove and re-install it!
