Two things, though. ford changed the oil spec for the 650 back to 5W30 after being 5W20 for the longest
and they spec different oils for the non-USA market. Why's that? The mighty ford engineers think oil is different in Europe or Oz?
also what's the supercharger have to do with it? It doesn't...
Varies over the years. Track pack etc cars with the exact same engine as the regular GT
something similar is in the ford racing supercharger instructions
Have you seen the test results and data from all the oils they've ran in those engines? Do you know why they chose the oil they went with?
did all the engineers unanimously agree?
and I ask again, it's okay to change other parts of the car but not the oil?
Not an "engine designer" but the same place as your dad and get to hear every day when engineers complain about all the BS they have to deal with and interference they get with their decisions.
So you're saying, bar none, what Ford lists in the owners manual is the ABSOLUTE BEST oil you can put...
so everything ford does is perfect and can't be improved upon?
*takes a good look at the original 4.6 engine...*

Have you looked at Apex?
Aodhan has some nice, cheap ones but they are only silver, bronze and black. Konig has a lot of styles to choose from as well in the 19x9.5 +35 size

Narrow body on some bald ass tires probably
Imagine being in a Scat and not being able to get away from a 14-second, 5.7 on 245mm Goodyear RS-A's

Timed with what? If you're going by the dash timer, there are guys on the Dodge forums who claim 4.0 on stock tires and 3.7 on drag radials. That's at least a second faster than your 5.0 seconds.
Then, line that 5.7 up against a 6.4 and go from 60... Massive difference. Scat will be close to...
