Start by keeping an old gift card or something so you can break the seal between the lower window trim and the glass so you can roll the window up and down when it freezes. I have to do that so I can use the drive through on snowy mornings in my jeep
There's no reason it wouldn't be.
All the big shops that put Whipples on their 2024's did headers. Heck everyone who's doing a fast bolt-on S650 is doing headers (and you can't get a tune for those either)
It'll just add a little power and you don't have to worry about damaging the ats.
The Mustang advertised HP ratings even say 'with 93 octane'
I'm sure the Hemi has different knock sensors and programming to back off/add timing. I know it's not the same engine but I'm sure the majority of F150 5.0 owners run 87

Synthetic > blend or regular
But keep in mind your average owner will be just fine with the blend as long as they change the oil often...
