@highvoltage
why don't you let us know how much hp we will see from the Ford performance tune and when it finally comes out, we'll see if you're right? I bet it will be no more than 10 hp or so on the dark horse
the only thing you will see the removal of the neutering they did at the very top of the rpm range so they would make a couple more horsepower with the dark horse
remember how the 2024's make the same power as a tuned 2023? Because its the same engine?
If you're expecting the gains you see on...
Please tell me what I'm wrong about instead of trying to give me a cheap little insult. You're talking about the adaptability of the factory to not the conservativeness of it.
It's going to cost you 10 K anyway and the Whipple tune on the 2024 isn't exactly terrible. It's just leaving out the people who only want to spend 7000 bucks on a cheap centrifugal set up really
Neither of those things have anything to do with what I said
we're talking about a stock car on 93 getting gains from just a tune
headers add power no matter what
the guys adding a little boost are also running race gas (the C8 guys did it too before they tuning was available)
Whipple tune...just like the 2024 Mustang
Still can't tune the 2024 F150
The F150 engine is not the same engine as the Mustang. The 2023 Mustang engine is much closer to the 2024 Mustang but that doesn't matter, it's the computer that's the problem
Cancel it and order some aftermarket wheels. Those factory wheels are heeeeavvvy
Plus, all the guys with GT's and the PP wheels want to upgrade to wider wheels. So just get that out of the way now.
It's fine. I'm speaking from experience. People have been running that fluid for a long time. It was what ford originally specced (and then went back on because the mt-82 is a turd). Mine has almost 100k on it (it's not an S650 if you have not figured that out by now) and is connected to a...
I used a quart of Valvoline 75-90 and two quarts of syncrhomesh
seems to shift fine
I spilled a bit because of the way the bottles and pump worked hence the three quarts
