arent Canadian insurance companies refusing to insure it due to it being called an armored vehicle? or just refusing to insure it outright? also, i promise you that lot is only going to get more full. see the various lots in the US filled with unsellable CyberStucks because not many want them...
someone really should make a supercharger compatible strut tower brace. to me, something about adding power but removing chassis rigidity seems like a bad idea
pretty sure its for liability reasons. it only takes one instance of someone parking it in gear and it pops out of gear suddenly or (somehow) turns over the engine when parked to cause trouble, so they make it yell about the parking brake
i really like the chimes. they add personality to the vehicle and it shows that Ford really does care about the Mustang. the only two other Ford vehicles to have a unique chime set is the Mach-E and the Lightning. i suspect the GTD will share the regular Mustang's chimes. every other Ford out...
the GT and DH come factory with cold air intakes that work very well, usually 1 to 2 degrees above ambient when moving. i really dont recommend you go for any of the aftermarket options, because the factory system works really well and also looks pretty good. plus, it has the V8 easter eggs...
the oil life monitor uses various statistics from your vehicle to determine when to change your oil. i dont know what those statistics are specifically, but i do know that every day the monitor goes down by ~0.273%, which works out to the monitor going from 100% to 0% in a year if the vehicle...
glad everything worked out! sounds like you got a pretty good discount, somewhere around $3100 off. thats more than dealer or even fomoco employees get
iirc, Ford uses the Dark Horse and has Multimatic convert it into a GTD. looks like that video takes place here at 33.63536585164854, -112.37783591987356, which is only 20 minutes away from Ford's testing grounds
it really depends on the design of the speed bumps. i've encountered some that require an angled approach and going slow, and ones that i can go more than 50mph over. then again, i really dont care about the condition of my splitter because i know its gonna get all beat up
@So0_NaSTy i found what might be the paint code for Tarnished Dark. "GXTE / Tarnished Dark Anodized Metallic" is what i found from a Sherwin Williams pdf. the one i found is for the F-150, but i highly doubt Ford has "Tarnished Dark" and "Dark Tarnished" colors that are different
you can always push the voice assistant button and say something like "fan speed to 6" or "temperature to 67". no touch screen interaction needed. for the record, though, i do agree that physical climate control buttons are better and i wouldnt mind them coming back
thats not right. if the vehicle was sold to you before the recall came out, you have every right to decline the recall. the dealer cannot hold it for that
the recall recall recall will apply to the original recall recall, allowing the original recall to be done, no new recall. ask your dealer to contact you at that time
