I have had Hagerty in the past- and currently have Grundy - I would give Hagerty an A++++ Not enough experience with Grundy yet So far customer service with both has been exceptional

Stock torque converter- some will install a higher RPM torque converter which will allow them to bring the RPMs up further when staging the car .... The A10 has such a low 1st gear- you really have to have the suspension dialed in and be on a tire to need one... They took a TON of weight...

it’s crazy because when I drive a GT500 I can definitely feel the difference in weight … you wouldn’t think 300 pounds would be that big on a 4000 pound car That and the GT500 is much smoother … I really need to drive a Dark Horse

to answer your question… I would try to haggle but ultimately I would pay the $200 if I special ordered the car exactly how I wanted

If it helps...on the GT350 and GT350R - they each have different front hubs I believe and he length of the studs is different - (I believe the main difference is the length of the studs) Basically you cant just bolt the GT350R wheels onto a base GT350 without changing some things- I wouldnt...

Thank you for bringing this thread back.... kind of curious too - I mean I think the Dark Horse is a good looking car- but this thing....it just looks right....I would love to see one in person to see if it has the same presence in person
