i guess we will see when the 2026 order guides come out, then. personally, i doubt it will get removed. so much development and marketing went into it, plus that article from from just over a year ago. if it was such a big problem, they would have binned it for the 2025 MY
last Monday it was raining and cold enough to drop my tire pressures. i run low pressures, usually around 28psi, but the rain dropped them all the way to 26, and that is when the light came on. the light did not go away until all of my tires reached 30psi
sadly, when it comes to the fight of engineers vs accounting vs management, the engineers are always the first to lose. its only on something like the GTD where they can do more interesting stuff, where the price point is insane and production is so low. something i heard once is that if there...
they are not doing an F-150 Dark Horse as far as i know. however, we may be getting the F-150 Lobo, similar to how we got the Maverick Lobo, as a sport truck
i have some questions about this.
1. where i live, it peaks at about 120 degrees in summer. will this make it take longer for the cabin to cool down? it already takes about 3 minutes on max A/C.
2. will issues pop up with the supercharger, intercooler reservoir, or some other part cracks or...
from my experience, the TPMS sensors are pretty spot-on. i have seen no more than 1 psi difference in mine, but that may be due to the fact that it does not show decimals, and instead rounds the number to the nearest whole. the only real downside is how fragile the sensors themselves are
i finally got the second headlamp switch. just one problem, though...
i broke one of the circuit boards like an idiot. i originally wanted to remove the connector so i could solder wires to the pads, but my soldering iron, which i now know is bad and was poorly maintained, refused to heat up...
i used to run 87 because it was cheaper. i decided to switch to 91 (highest we have in AZ) because i want to supercharge it and want everything to be nice and ready and have myself desensitized to the price of filling it with 91. i even went as far as to swap my "87+" sticker for a "91+" one. if...
i checked on my Mustang and the alternator fuse is rated for 275A, so logic dictates that the cable itself can handle more than that; after all, there is no use in putting such a high amperage fuse if the cable it's attached to fails sooner than that
i was actually just looking at this too, but for a different reason. i am happy with the sound system, but want to add a 500W or so inverter so i can have as much power as i could possibly need. Ford only has one alternator listed, being the supposed 190A one. if it actually is 190A, i wonder...
video summary: 8 to 10 minute directions on how to find and have a glass company replace a windshield, with some other stuff mixed in, like info on how some states have a zero deductible on glass. some info from me: the windshield technically is special due to the Ford logo and the Mustang pony...
Ford loves to cause headaches. apparently those double buttons are different than normal buttons in that, instead of being made of translucent white polycarbonate like the headlamp switch, they are made of transparent polycarbonate, with the white being a coating under the black
