Any answer to this? Also, cold air intake, long tube headers, E85, and a tune picks up more than 70 horsepower and and almost 40 lb ft of torque at the peaks at the wheels.

We don't think that there is any cheating. Just something odd with the dyno setting and/or conversions from metric to imperial units.

In the US, we have 50 states imposing sales taxes. That is in addition to the price you see. If you are importing it into Europe, then you have your own tax situation to deal with in addition. You may want to reach out and see if they export to Deutschland.
