agree with you on this. i'm not big on the c8's with black wheels either. prefer aluminum. a buddy just picked up an orange c8 over the weekend. black does look good on his orange.
thank you guys for the info. you'd be surprised. Google searching and YouTube there's not a lot out there as far as the duct work path for the at s550 s650. I was trying to snake a vacuum hose in there from the air inlet before pulling the cabin air filter, just in case they were on top of it...
my car stays in a shed along a tree line. i started getting a smell i think from the ductwork in the last week while driving. i spotted a little bit of rodent evidence (chewing into the dampening material over the fender well liners). does anyone have experience with hvac duct work in the s650...
i had good results with this. guy down the road slung a piece of gravel at my driver door while bush hogging his yard.🤦 no dent though. base clear kit. best to dispense color onto non porous clean surface, use toothpick or fine point to dab in color(leaving geometry for clear to cover). Then...
i received mine today. the chassis number plate was separate tucked down under the foam on opposite side as well. i think build was 10/09/24 if you're waiting on yours to come.
i do feel like the magneride settles the car, more evident in spirited quick driving. really seems to take bumpy uneven pavement and manage well. am i worried it'll fail at some point? yep.
starship, I tried to keep all variables as controlled as possible. I will say that when I was in sport with matching sport exhaust, I feel like I had a little bit smoother take off. but I think that was in my head or in my feet. pretty sure I tried normal, sport, and track modes with alternating...
i finally got that drive in. normal mode (never drive in this) with track vs. sport exhaust nets no measurable difference in easy takeoff to me. sport mode(always drive in this) with track vs sport exhaust nets no measurable difference either. 24 dh 6mt.
@KPM Fuel Systems
congratulations on the achievement. i have been following this fuel starvation issue from time to time. sad to see this issue with a car marketed as "most track capable". i have one and love it but would love to never see this fuel shortcoming. whats the secret sauce here...
