The difference between the Centi and a PD blower is where the torque hits,
With PD blowers you get 90% of the torque as soon as you mash the gas pedal at 2500rpm.
Centri's build torque and hp with rpm which should make it easier to DD.

IIRC, Ford is using airflow thru the radiator as a variable , but why Ford lowered the limit for the regular S650 Mustang GT to 145 when the S550 was 155 when the front is more open on the S650, I dunno.

Easier way to figure this out is to Just borrow a MPV device and read the stock tune.
It's under the Speedometer section.
Ford has the stock GT listed as capable of 186mph when using the Start/Stop button,
However it's electronically limited to 145 via airflow limits.

My 2018 Gen3 6 ->7 shifted at 7800,
I don't recall changing other tables but it's possible there's another limiter that needs adjusted.
Looking at the pinion and carrier limits, the carrier limits were higher on my S550 vs the S650
S550 ............... vs ................... S650...
Here are the tables I changed to raise my shifts to 7650,
In the Engine Section, Raise Fuel Cut Off, I raised it to 8000
In the Transmission Section,
Under the General Limits:
Raise the RPM in the Normal RPM Limit tab
Raise the Detection RPM Max
Raise the RPM under the No Transfer Case...
Not unless you build your own custom kit, which would likely have to be top mounted.
Hellion and ON3 use a shorty header that places the turbo's about where the OE cat's location.

The HP Tuner MPVi2 will change the gear and tire ratio's.
