I think the exact spec might be a Gt Premium with Nite Pony, can’t be PP since there’s no Raised Rear wing and no Handbrake. And I think it’s premium since the screen is one piece and not two separate tablets.

Not sure what you mean here, but If I saw it correctly they're two different parts. One of them is the part that is in the middle of the tail lights (trunk applique) and the other is the piece above the trunk door (spoiler).
