  1. Front Chin Spoiler

Both are very easy. The splitter is easier. https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/pp-splitter-on-a-non-pp-premium-gt.163569/post-3319302 Performance pack rear wing | Page 3 | Mustang7G - 2024+ S650 Mustang Forum (Dark Horse, GT, EcoBoost, GT500, GT350, Mach 1)
  2. Form Lighting LED 4th Brake Light - Different Connectors

Just a heads up if you plan on ordering this mod! 2024 S650 Mustang LED Reverse Lamp | Form Lighting I had this in my S550 and loved it... for the S650, I think it's even better how the entire assembly is changed. I had it all installed and started to run the wires... but the connectors that...
  3. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

But in reality, the position is 7.
  4. Rear fascia screw issues.

Damn... sorry. Was hoping it was just spinning.
  5. Rear fascia screw issues.

I did this mod with no issues. The screw came out easily… but it goes into a white retaining piece that might spin. Hold it with a needle nose and you should be good. I pulled the bumper out all the way - didn’t mean to, but it separated all the way to the back. That made access to the stock...
  6. Spare Tire Option

I'm doing some research on spare tires. I emailed Automotive Authority and asked a couple questions. I was surprised to hear this about being able to use it as a daily driver! Their reply: I would be happy to assist you. Our spare will fit your 2024 Mustang GT perfectly on both the front and...
  7. Front bumper gap normal?

I just checked mine and it’s a little less than yours. The good thing with a black car is the gaps do tend to be hidden more since they are black, too. I did build my Dark Horse LEGO kit with a gap, to make it more authentic.
  8. 87 Octane

I think we are getting very close to all agreeing 100%. When we are done here, can we have an oil viscosity, blend/full synthetic debate?
  9. 87 Octane

Why would Ford design (and tune) an engine that would knock using the octane recommended in the manual?
  10. 87 Octane

It’s only been a few drives since I started my test (click here). Not a bit of difference. I'll do the month, though, and I'm hoping to see something positive to report on, but my bet is that I'm just throwing money away.
  11. 89Trooper's Garage - Modification Journal

Ha! I’m used to it having had one for the last 10 years on the 2015. But you made me go check to see if it’s worse! (It's the same) :)
  12. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

But how will I text and look at my phone??
  13. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

But the whole point of having “lane keeping” is to have it “aid” you and keep you centered, no? My wife's Edge has "lane assist". That vibrates the steering wheel if you get too close to a line, or if you try to change lanes without using your blinker. With "lane keeping", the entire point is...

Ford Performance Strut Tower Brace Date completed: 11/15/24 Purchased from: American Muscle Part Number: M-20201-MA After going back and forth between a few options, I decided that this one would look the best on a black car. There are already plenty of good write-ups for this install...
  15. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

    Yep, about every 15 seconds.

Ford All-Weather Floor Mats Date completed: 12/20/24 Part number: FR3Z-6313300-BA I know there are other options out there, but I opted for the tried-and-true Ford all-weather floor mats with the Pony emblems. Most places have them on backorder, but I got a brand new set on eBay for...
  17. OTA 10.1.0 Just dropped.

I just got the update yesterday. The chimes would sometimes play instead of the bongos before the update, too. Not often, but I don’t think the update caused it.
  18. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

Mine does it ALL the time. Straights. Curves. With and without my hands on the wheel. So much that I turn it off.
  19. S650 Mustang -Keep hands on steering wheel message

The thing is, it doesn't matter: Let go of the steering wheel completely (which is fun to do from time to time and watch it steer on its own - you've all done it) - and it gives you the warning. As it should! Hold on to the steering wheel with both hands gripped tightly at 10 and 2 and let it...
