The first value in the third column is what needs to be set to 0 instead of 1. So instead of "10B5" "00B5". After chaniging it, you might get a checksum error message which you ignore/accept. The "B5" is likely to change later automatically as it is a code generated by the other values in that line.

Where is anyone claiming to hear ESE sounds while it's turned off? Only post I remember is a guy stating it is turned off without himself having done it. He didn't say he's hearing it.
